New Year, New Berlei!

What better way to celebrate the New Year than with a new website! Although it might look different, you will still be able to shop your favourite sportswear and lingerie must-haves!

The sleek website follows an exciting new chapter in Berlei Europe’s history as it merges with Berlei Australia to create a global sportswear and lingerie brand. Berlei is also immensely proud to have the World #1 Tennis Player; Serena Williams as our brand ambassador. Having worn Berlei bras in every game for the past ten years, it seemed a match made in heaven.

“My mum first discovered Berlei in Australia ten years ago, and I’ve been wearing them ever since – for every tennis match without fail. I’m a big busted athlete so I know how important a good bra” Serena Williams

What many women don’t realise is that an unsupported B cup can bounce up to 8cm during exercise and a DD cup can bounce up to 19cm so we are not surprised that Serena starred in the ‘Master of Bounce’ Berlei Sports Campaign, educating women on the importance of wearing the right bra for their size and sports activity.

With the new year, we will also see the launch of the Spring/Summer 2016 Sportswear collection, featuring a variety of classic and vibrant colours.

‘The Shift bra‘s wide adjustable straps help stabilise and minimise bounce.’

Berlei’s most popular sports bra, the Electrify, will arrive in S/S 16 in a range of seasonal colours and prints. The bra is also one of Serena’s top picks “The Berlei Electrify Sports Bra is my all-time favourite. It’s ideal for high impact activity. It’s so super comfy, even when you’re working up a serious sweat.”

The Electrify Sports bra effectively reduces bounce and is perfect for high impact activity’

Along with the new Sportswear range, we will see new arrivals from the Berlei Classic and Fashion lingerie ranges so remember to keep track of the new sets on our website.

We think 2016 is going to be a grand slam year!
